The Temple House is centrally located in the famous Art Deco Distric of Miami's ultra-chic South Beach, (SOBE).

               The Temple House, as it is now called, was originally constructed as a two-story Single Family residence in
               1933 with the first stone laid by World renowned Architect L. Murray Dixon. Mr. Dixon architectural contributions
                include some of the most spectacular hotels in Miami Beach. In  1942 The Temple House was expanded and
                rezoned for the Joseph-Jacob Congregation which was subsequently renamed Temple Emanuel and moved to its
                new location in 1965. At that point, through the efforts of equally famous Architects Lester Avery, The Temple House
                expanded to a 16,350 square foot facility to accomodate a 1,000 member Orthodox Synagogue.  In early 2003,
                The Temple House was purchased by the present Owner to begin the renovation of this spectacular largest Single Family
                residence in South Beach.

               Designed by the Owner to create a sensual, peaceful and tranquil environment,  The Temple House is a modern work
               of simplicity, contemporary elegance and urban chic.  In March of 2003, the present Owner bought the property and
               began an extensive renovation in which all architectual features of the building were painstakingly preserved while still
               allowing the installation of completely new electrical, plumbing, air conditioning and life safety systems.
